It's one thing to put clothes on your kid and have them pose for a picture in a catalogue, but to dress them up and have them compete with other children to see who is prettier is disgusting. Six year olds should have messy pig tails and mismatched socks. Let her be 6! You are teaching your daughter that looks are important and that you are only successful in this world if your outward appearance is attractive.
