Ok, so I am on the doll challenge where I have to make my model look like a doll. I know what the doll looks like, but my problem is I can’t figure out how to make the skirt with leggings because all of my skirts are just normal. Help, please!

the leggings dont have to be created they are already in the closet u just pick the color. the skirt and the leggings are separate pieces
